Chocolate Enrobing

Two 42" wide enrobing lines (2001 and 2005), and a 51" wide line (2008).  All lines are supported by state of the art Sollich tempering systems that provide the ideal enrobing conditions for a range of centers. All enrobers are custom built to handle wash down changeover which is a primary part of our Allergen Control program. All lines are designed to feed automatic packaging equipment or hand pack operations.

In addition to handling virtually any center with our custom built feeding systems, we have multiple coating possibilities to meet all current and most future customer needs.
