Chocolate Enrobing
Two 48" wide enrobing lines (2001 and 2005), supported by state of the art Sollich Tempering systems provide the ideal enrobing conditions for a range of centers. Both enrobers are custom built to handle wash down changeover which is a primary part of out Allergen Control program. Both lines are designed to feed automatic packaging equipment or hand pack operations.
In addition to handling virtually any center with our custom built feeding systems, we have multiple coating possibilities to meet all current and most future customer needs.
