You have to see it to believe it! Sixteen rotating gas fired copper kettles make this one of the largest hot-panning operations in the USA. Our nearly forty years of manufacturing experience on this difficult candy process offers you amazing consistency. Virtually any nutmeat center can be coated: peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, and almonds. We have also produced specialty hot-panned soybeans and dried corn, so your product ideas can be brought to life!
