Healthy Summer Snacks for the Beach & Beyond

During the summer, it’s easy to indulge more frequently than you should. Store-bought granola bars are easy to transport since they come individually wrapped. They can sit in your bag all day in the sun and still be good to go, even if they get a little bit smashed! You can also make them at home to put in all of your favorite ingredients — try adding oats, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds and whatever else you like! A granola bar will do more than just satisfy your appetite. It will give you the energy you need to do all of your favorite summer activities.
